Please be advised that Prock Marine Company will be dredging the Dysarts Great Harbor Marina in Southwest Harbor. Work will be starting on February 21th through March 31th 2023. Operations will be conducted daily from 0700 to 1700.
Prock Marine will be removing 3600 cubic yards from the dredge site at Dysarts Great Harbor Marina, Southwest Harbor and hauling the material with the use of Dump scows (132'x40'x10' ) towed by the Tug Dorothy L (59'x20'x8') to the disposal site located at the Eastern Passage Site Blue Hill Bay. Prock Marine anticipates the dredge will require approximately 6 round trips to the dump site. The attached map shows the dredge area and haul route. Fishermen are advised to move gear if necessary. Vessels will be monitoring VHF-FM Channels 13 and 16.
