Join MLA at the East Wind Inn and Quarry Tavern for a four-course prix fixe menu to benefit the Maine Lobstermen's Association. You may select one of three menus (see below) as you dine in the Wan-e-set dining room or Quarry Tavern. All food, drink and merchandise profits will go to the MLA.

Course 1
Mixed garden salad with candied walnuts, croutons and lemon vinaigrette or Maple butternut squash soup

Courses 2&3
Vegetarian ($60): Spinach ricotta agnolotti with butternut béchamel sauce & Crepe ‘tart’ of caramelized onion, Havarti cheese and pickled grapes
Meat/Seafood ($70): Seafood fritters with lemon tartar sauce & Roasted pork loin with sage, pumpkin and dried plums with brown butter
Lobster ($80): Sautéed lobster with gnocchi, goat cheese, sweet pees and herbs & Lobster puffed pastry (Vol au vent with sauce américaine)

Macintosh Apple Cake served à la mode or Chocolate caramel dacquoise with whipped cream
