The Department of Marine Resources (DMR) is holding a public hearing on the proposal listed below. Please carefully review the schedule of proceedings as there are important deadlines regarding participation.

Registration was required to provide testimony or ask questions of the parties. This is a rescheduled proceeding, so registration will not be reopened. The deadline to apply for intervenor status has also passed. However, persons may attend the proceeding remotely or in-person. Remote access information is posted to https://www.maine.gov/dmr/aquaculture under upcoming meetings.

If the hearing listed above is postponed or continued, it will be held on APRIL 6, 2023, at the same time, location, and format.  Notice of a postponement or a continuance will be posted on DMR’s website.

The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the adjudicatory proceeding provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedure Act (5 M.R.S.A., ch. 375, subchapter 4).  Any interested person may attend the hearing and registered participants may ask questions of the parties or testify about the application(s).
