Comment Period: DMR announces a 30-day public comment period during which interested persons may submit written comments or request a public hearing on the applications. A hearing is optional unless DMR receives five or more written requests from interested persons during the comment period. For reference, the applications are available on DMR’s website and labeled: Pinkham, App 1; Pinkham, App 2; Sokoloski, App 1; and Sokoloski App 2. Please specify which application the comment(s) or request(s) apply to (i.e. Pinkham App 1, etc.). Written comments or hearing requests need to be submitted by mail or email to the address provided below no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 29, 2023.
