Albatross Fisheries, LLC and Miss Madisyn, LLC have scheduled a scoping session on two proposed standard lease applications as follows:

Application I (Albatross Fisheries, LLC)

Location: Deep Cove, St. George River, St. George

Culture Type: Suspended culture of marine algae

Acreage and Term Requested: 4 acres for 20 years

 Application II (Miss Madisyn, LLC)

Location: Deep Cove, St. George River, St. George

Culture Type: Suspended culture of marine algae

Acreage and Term Requested: 4 acres for 20 years

If the scoping session listed above is cancelled, an alternate scoping session will be held on June 14, 2022, at the sametime and location.  Notice of a cancellation will be posted to: https://www.maine.gov/dmr/index.html.

 What is a scoping session?

A scoping session is a meeting where the applicants will explain their tentative proposals to members of the public. It’s an opportunity for members of the public to provide feedback on the proposals, prior to the applicants submitting final applications and an eventual public hearing. This meeting does not determine whether the proposals will be granted.
